Technology & Science

In the past decade we have completed many projects for the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. These projects have ranged from simple tenant finishes to very complex clean rooms.

A partial list of completed projects include: Magdalena Ridge Observatory Inteferometer Beam Combining Facility and Array Infrastructure, Telescope Atmosphere Compensation Laboratory, Nuclear Weapons Integration Facility and Theater Air Command and Control Simulation Facility.

Manufacturing & Industry

We have worked closely, for the last eighty-nine years, with a wide range of architects and design professionals to help build New Mexico's industry. We have completed many projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense, The University of New Mexico and New Mexico Tech.

Precision of execution is how K. L. House Construction Company, Inc. continues to operate. It is a must when building such facilities as the Interferometer Beam Combining Facility for New Mexico Tech, Armed Forces Reserve Center and PJ/CRO Rescue and Recovery Training Center and Logistics Building for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Schools & Education

Over eighty years ago we decided to direct our efforts toward commercial construction and we have continued this momentum to the present time. Within that direction, public schools, university projects, federal and state buildings and many types of private sector structures have helped to give us a broad range of experience in all areas of major construction.

K. L. House has proudly contributed to more than 20 structures to the physical plant at UNM. The structures include: Seidler Natatorium, Student Union Building, Dane Smith Hall, Family Practice Complex, Ferris Engineering Center, Mechanical Engineering Center, The Pit Basketball Arena.
