Renovation of two existing indoor pool structures (fifty meter pool (165' x 75') and a warm water therapy pool (30' x 60')), including demolition of the existing pools (removal of the aluminum shells, vinyl liners, gravel beds and over excavating the existing soils) and construction of concrete structured pools in the same footprint of the existing pools along with the associated filters, pumps and equipment to support the pools. Replacement and restoration of the surrounding concrete deck surfaces. Extending the existing equipment room by approximately 480 sq feet to house the new pool equipment. Electrical work will consist of a service upgrade and minor lighting additions. Plumbing will provide new deck drain surfaces and associated new pool piping as well as some site utility connections. Mechanical work will be limited to heating and ventilating the new equipment room.
